Sip ‘n’ Sweat Date Night!

We LOVE sweat dates, and definitely have them on the regular! But it’s time to DTR-WS… Define the relationship while sweating… Because sweating while dating doesn’t have to be awkward! 😉

We have such a great community building up around Flex & Flow here in Portland, we wanted to start a regular date to not only sweat together, but then hang out afterwards too! So our first Sip ‘n’ Sweat event is this Thursday night! We’re going to start with Bootcamp at the studio and then migrate next door to Spoke & Vine for a glass of vino. For those of you with class passes and memberships, it’ll be a $10 add-on cost, and otherwise is a $25 drop-in fee. Sign up and get more details here.

We’re loving the idea so much, and know everyone else loves to have sweat dates too, that we’re making it a huge virtual date with our entire Sweat Pink community!
