This week, y’all sought out your next adventure on and off the mat. This week was all about trying new things, going on adventures, and of course, getting sweaty. We can’t wait to spend the summer with all of you taking all the Flex & Flow adventures!
Flex & Flow – Hood River takeover.
The Flex & Flow crew brought the noise to Hood River this weekend to teach all the sweaty yoga classes at the OutFound Series Festival. We loved meeting everyone on the mat who traveled near and far to check out this adventure festival.
One more sweaty shoutout to the Flex & Flow students who came out on Saturday to show their sweaty support in Hood River. Whether or not you made it out there this weekend, we absolutely LOVE this entire sweaty community – we couldn’t dream of a better group of people!
Run, Run, Run!
We took the weekend off from running but we are ready to hit the trails again. This Saturday, we’re going trail running, but due to weather concerns, we’ll announce the trail later this week. Join the Flex & Flow Runners Facebook group for any updates.
