BACK TO SWEAT with Independently Driven
SATURDAY SEPTEMBER 16 | 7–11:30AM
We want to run, walk, crawl, sweat and flow with you on Saturday, September 16! We’ve teamed up with Independently Driven for a morning of sweating, shopping, and getting social.
First we’ll meet at Flex & Flow at 7am and run around the neighborhood for an all paces/distances fun run to kick off the sweaty Saturday. After the run, you’re invited to stay and shop the Victory Band pop-up! Snacks and drinks provided by Arbonne, AmazingGrass, Clearly Kombucha and more. We’ll be giving away prizes from prAna, Fleet Feet Sports Portland, and The Rambler, plus Flex & Flow class passes!
And if you’re digging the sweaty vibes and want more, then continue to sweat with us at the 9:30AM Power Vinyasa class. After the flow, we’ll shop and snack even more!

Join Jamie King, the Sweat Pink crew and Lorna Jane for an EMPOWERED weekend in Vancouver, BC. We’ll be sweating in style thanks to personal styling sessions with Lorna Jane ($50 gift card included!), playing in the great outdoors with group trail runs, outdoor yoga, and sweaty HIIT workouts.
