Another week with our favorite sweaty friends has flown by. Thank YOU for an amazing week of bringing all your energy to the mat, running all the miles, and just being an essential part of this community!

Sun, smiles, and miles.
Anyone else still feeling that energy from all that weekend sunshine?! The Flex & Flow runners woke up with the sun and celebrated with 5+ miles around the neighborhood. It was the perfect way to kick off the sunny weekend!

This week, we’re back on the trails – Maple Trail in Forest Park to be exact. Meet us at the studio at 6:30 AM and we’ll carpool from there, or meet us at the Salzman Rd trailhead at 7 AM. Any questions? Join the Flex & Flow Runners Facebook group to connect or talk to Jamie, Liz or Nic!
