Reiki + Restore
Alissa brought the all the restorative, wind-down feels to the studio on Sunday night for her Reiki & Slow Flow session. Two-hours of melty flows, lots of hands-on assists (thank YOU, Sophia!), and personal Reiki treatments from Alissa. We can’t imagine a better way to rest and restore and can’t wait for the next one!
