Nothing inspires us more than watching your journey on and off the yoga mat. This week, we experienced and supported each other working hard to be present, to float, to run, and to have fun at Flex & Flow. Thanks for yet another amazing week!
Mud, miles, and smiles

This weekend, the Flex & Flow runners hit the trails for up to 6 muddy miles. Running through the rain and mud isn’t ideal but it’s part of the journey (especially in the PNW) and it always makes us much more grateful when the warmer days and drier trails come around.

Join us this Saturday for our weekly Run Club at 7 am. We’re back on the road this week, running up to 6 miles on The Bluffs. And if you’re looking to add more strength training to your life, then stick around for the first part of The Saturday Sweat bootcamp series at 8:30 am!

Journey to float.

Ian’s float workshop was a sweaty blast. 25 yogis filled the space to learn and work so hard on the mat as we explored the journey to the float.

The float requires so much multitasking in the body – deep core engagement, locking through the shoulder girdle, and flexion through the feet and legs. Oh, and you need to breathe above all of that!

Everyone really took Ian’s direction and moved with such strength and ease on their mats. We saw y’all cross some real milestones this weekend and can’t wait to see where you take it from here!

Thanks to everyone who came out to learn, work hard, and support each and everyone’s own journey on the mat. And big thanks to Ian for sharing his knowledge and strength with all of us! P.S. Our arms may not be working this week they are so sore. Thanks a lot, Ian!

The Saturday SweatIt’s time to get sweaty and strong withThe Saturday Sweat! This Saturday is the first session of this sweaty, strength training series. Meet at Flex & Flow at 8:30 AM for a 45-minute indoor bootcamp session led by Tasha and Robyn that will incorporate strength and endurance training moves. This series is perfect for all fitness levels and anyone looking to work hard and have fun together!

The cost of The Saturday Sweat is FREE if you are a current pass-holder/member. Otherwise, it’s $5 per class OR $10 for the whole series. This series is accessible to all fitness levels. Please bring tennis shoes, a water bottle, and your awesome energy.

  • Sip N Sweat: Flow & Glow edition | Thursday, March 15 at 6:45 pm | Flow & Glow Power Vinyasa class led by Alexis with sips to follow at a local bar on Mississippi Ave (location TBD)
