March 6 – March 12

Every time we end another week at Flex & Flow, we cherish all the sweaty fun that was had and open our arms to a new week of sweaty yoga and hugs. We’ve come to think of this community and space as one big sweaty party that never ends, and we’re more than okay with that.

Sweat + Smiles
There’s nothing like a post-yoga photo shoot to celebrate a great class with wonderful yogis! These yogis celebrated Alissa’s Vinyasa class with all the tree pose variations. We can’t imagine a better way to start a new day!

We LOVE our fun-loving and kind yogis who are always up for anything! Thanks for an awesome week, everyone!

Sweaty SaturdayThe sweat, muscles burning, and fun were all so real this weekend. Tasha worked us HARD for round two of The Saturday Sweat. Sprints, squat jumps, mountain climbers and more have us feeling so sore this week.

Way to get after it, everyone!

We’ve got one more round of The Saturday Sweat on March 24 at 8:30 AM. Are you in?! 

Let’s Flow & Glow (and sip)

Like we said, this sweaty party never ends. Join us THIS THURSDAY at 6:45 pm for a very special Sip N Sweat, Flow & Glow style. In true Sip N Sweat fashion, first, we’ll do all the sweating with a jamming flow led by Alexis.

After we flow, glow, and sweat, we’ll stroll over to the Rambler on Mississippi Ave at 8:15 to get our sips and socializing on. Come just to sweat, just to sip, or all of the above – we’d love to see you there!
