Nicci city-hopped until she landed in Portland, practicing yoga all along the way since 2007. She completed her 200 hr teacher training with YogaWorks in 2015, under Dani Ibarra and Risa Albertson. She teaches to challenge and inspire, with a well sequenced Vinyasa practice and a love for core and arm balances!

Weekly Updates: October 10 – 16

This week, y’all stayed motivated to get on the mat (and trails) throughout a very busy week and even a big drop in temperature. While we’re all about pushing ourselves and each other to find the edge and even that yoga breakthrough, we also believe that balance is necessary to stay motivated. As the Northern Hemisphere shifts into colder months and we prepare for the rain to come in Oregon, there can be a noticeable shift in our energy levels (think Conservation/Hibernation). Sweaty Obsessions

I love looking around the room before class and seeing the newest yoga pants, water bottles, and other sweaty accessories that everyone is rocking in and out of the studio. We’re living in a world where companies are dishing out new products quicker than a blink of an eye. I’m definitely one to join the bandwagon of new fitness products, but the quality has to be on par if not better than the look of the product.
