Why sign up for a teacher training?

When I signed up for the HIIT & Flow Teacher Training last spring, I honestly had no idea what I was signing up for. I had only taken a HIIT & Flow class once, and that was at a local athletic clothing store. I found the class to be extremely challenging and not really what I’m into. Weekly Updates: October 10 – 16

This week, y’all stayed motivated to get on the mat (and trails) throughout a very busy week and even a big drop in temperature. While we’re all about pushing ourselves and each other to find the edge and even that yoga breakthrough, we also believe that balance is necessary to stay motivated. As the Northern Hemisphere shifts into colder months and we prepare for the rain to come in Oregon, there can be a noticeable shift in our energy levels (think Conservation/Hibernation).
