Rest for the best | Summer Sweat Series

We’re kicking off the the week off on a restful note! After a weekend of sweating and getting after it oh-so-hard, take a rest day. They’re SO important for your muscles and your mind. We spent last night melting away to the sound of Justine’s voice in Alissa’s Active Restoration class. It was heavenly! Even if you don’t have live music, legs up the wall is a great place to be when you need to rest and unwind from the week. This week, y’all sought out your next adventure on and off the mat. This week was all about trying new things, going on adventures, and of course, getting sweaty.
