We’re about to get all kings of sweaty this summer with our new training plan. Each week we’ll share a suggested training schedule of runs, classes, and activities for you to rock and get your sweat on. What got you on the mat this week? Was it to work on that new arm balance or to get a good sweat on? No matter the reason, you did it – you stepped on the mat to move, breathe, and sweat, and we’re so grateful you did! For the love of hip openers. This weekend is Memorial Day weekend! AND it looks like it’s going to be sunny, warm, and absolutely GORGEOUS!
