On Mondays and Wednesdays at 4:15 we have community flow classes that only cost $8 for a drop-in! You can of course use your class passes as well. Let’s meet this week’s teachers! Practice + Play : My Ever Unfolding Yoga Journey

Let me just say, I love routine, a plan, an itinerary, an idea of what’s ahead. Closet control freak, here; working on it! While I can’t control EVERYTHING, and that is okay, I do enjoy the things I can control like a morning routine, chocolate at some point of the day, and a little self love. I like handstands! Handstands are my favorite!

Alrighty y’all. I’m going to admit it finally… I’m addicted to handstands! Oh wait, that’s probably a surprise to no one! Handstands are just plain FUN! They’re challenging and empowering simultaneously! You start building strength, you start hopping and barely leave the ground, you start getting some hangtime, you nail it more and more, you’re balancing you’re entire body on your hands, and then it’s all playtime from there! Twist and Shout for this Multidimensional Pose

Practicing yoga never ceases to amaze me, as I find that it reflects my life in all of its different moments.
