Weekly Updates: February 27 – March 5

Nothing says a great week at Flex & Flow better than all the sweat, smiles, and fun with our favorite community of yogis. This week was all about sweaty flows (always), getting out on the trails, and bringing out your best, sweaty self.
Community + Sweat
From hip-openers to core work, to all the pushups, y’all WORKED hard on the mat this week. Is it just us, or are your legs and shoulders cooked?This community and your love for hard work and sweat fuel our fire. Every single one of YOU brought the energy, breath, and love for this practice to Flex & Flow this week. THANK YOU!

Fun Run!What’s our favorite way to get the weekend party started? Well, all the miles with the Flex & Flow runners! This weekend, our runners and hikers rocked up to 7 miles on the trails in Forest Park. Mud, cold fingers and all the hills couldn’t stop this crew!

Join us this Saturday for our weekly Run Club at 7 am. We’re back on the road this week, running up to 5.5 miles on Skidmore. And if you’re looking to add more strength training to your life, then stick around for the second part of The Saturday Sweat bootcamp series at 8:30 am!

The Saturday Sweat

The Saturday Sweat is back for round two! Meet at Flex & Flow at 8:30 AM for a 45-minute indoor bootcamp session led by Tasha that will incorporate strength and endurance training moves. This series is perfect for all fitness levels and anyone looking to work hard and have fun together!

The cost of The Saturday Sweat is FREE if you are a current pass-holder/member. Otherwise, it’s $5 per class. This series is accessible to all fitness levels. Please bring tennis shoes, a water bottle, and your awesome energy.

  • Sip N Sweat: Flow & Glow edition | Thursday, March 15 at 6:45 pm | Flow & Glow Power Vinyasa class led by Alexis with sips to follow at The Rambler on Mississippi Ave!

Nicci Randall

Nicci city-hopped until she landed in Portland, practicing yoga all along the way since 2007. She completed her 200 hr teacher training with YogaWorks in 2015, under Dani Ibarra and Risa Albertson. She teaches to challenge and inspire, with a well sequenced Vinyasa practice and a love for core and arm balances!
