Do you get as excited as we do when it’s time to bring mats to the wall to practice inversions? But there’s not always a wall to kick up against, especially when flowing in a crowded class. Part of feeling comfortable going upside down in the middle of the room is having an exit strategy. And one that you’re confident with.
Join Liz next on April 1 for two hours of not just playing with getting up into handstand, but practicing getting out of it. Yes, that means we’ll be cartwheeling. We’ll also practice going from handstand straight over into wheel.
