Who’s ready to get sweaty?! We know YOU are!

Join Robyn on Saturday, March 9 –– the sweaty party starts at 8:30 am and you don’t want to miss it!⁣

Saturday Sweat is a 45-minute strength and endurance training bootcamp class. Bring your tennis shoes, water bottle, and awesome energy and get ready to jump high, squat low, sprint it out and have a blast with the #flexandflow community! ⁣P.S. it’s FREE so bring all of your sweaty friends to the party!⁣

And to get you even more excited, we’ll have Ritual Energy bites in the studio to fuel you post-sweat session.⁣
