Flex & Flow Run Club – June 2018 Schedule!

Happy Memorial Day Weekend!

Hooray for three day weekends! Make sure you kick it off on the right foot by joining us for a run + yoga!

June Run Club Schedule

It’s starting to feel a lot like summer out there and we’re getting all kinds of excited for summer running and adventuring!

Run with the #FlexandFlowRunners in June!

  • Saturday, June 2: The Bluffs! Meet at the studio at 7 am and head out for a flat, fast, and easy 3-7ish miles!
  • Saturday, June 9 Forest Park (Wild Cherry): Meet at the studio no later than 6:40 am or at the Thurman Road trailhead at 7 for anywhere from 3-8ish miles.
  • Saturday, June 16: Downtown! Meet at the studio at 7 am and head out for one of our favorite DOWNTOWN loops – 5-7ish miles on the waterfront!
  • Saturday, June 23Forest Park (Wild Cherry): Meet at the studio no later than 6:40 am or at the Thurman Road trailhead at 7 for anywhere from 3-8ish miles.
  • Saturday, June 30: The Bluffs! Meet at the studio at 7 am and head out for a flat, fast, and easy 3-7ish miles!

The Saturday Sweat

Look what’s back on the schedule! We’re bringing the Saturday Sweat back for a special pop-up edition. Join us on Saturday, June 2 at 8:30 AM (after run club) for the sweatiest bootcamp session yet with Robyn, the queen of squats!

This class is included in your class pass / membership or it’s just a $5 drop-in. Be sure to bring your tennis shoes and sweaty Saturday energy!

And just when you thought it couldn’t get better, RISE Brewing will be sampling their nitro cold brew coffees before and after the bootcamp class to power us up. Make sure to arrive at 8:15 AM for the pre-sweat sampling.

Nicci Randall

Nicci city-hopped until she landed in Portland, practicing yoga all along the way since 2007. She completed her 200 hr teacher training with YogaWorks in 2015, under Dani Ibarra and Risa Albertson. She teaches to challenge and inspire, with a well sequenced Vinyasa practice and a love for core and arm balances!
