Happy Friday, sweaties! Our feature as studio of the month at lucy continues this week, with hopefully not another snow flurry in sight.
Tasha is rocking out a bootcamp class at 9:45am at the Pearl district lucy store THIS Sunday the 15th.
Tasha is a bootcamp instructor living, trail-running, and yoga-ing in Portland Oregon. Tasha’s passion is to help everyone accomplish their fitness goals, from doing one full push up to running a marathon. Tasha holds a degree from UC Berkeley and is a certified personal trainer. When she’s not busy helping you sweat, you can find her in Forest Park on a trail run, eating peanut butter straight from the jar, skiing at Mt Hood, drinking all the coffee, hiking and camping in the beautiful PNW outdoors, cooking a huge meal for her friends and family, or giving big belly scratches to her giant pup, Grimm.
Let’s talk bootcamp details! At body weight bootcamp, we are going to get the heart pumping and muscles shaking. No equipment needed! Come for a fast-paced, heat-building, work out that will challenge you in a fun and happy environment. We’ll be working all parts of the body with creative but simple movements designed to improve cardio vascular fitness and build strength. This class is designed to give everyone a work out: first-timers and fitness pro’s alike!
