Jessica started her yoga practice as a way to recover from a past injury and found something she wasn’t expecting. She found a way to not only heal, but to strengthen her mind, body and soul. She has been practicing since 2009 and decided to deepen her practice by receiving her 200RYT through CorePower Yoga. Jessica has a love for offering challenging, creative, dance inspired flows, working on arm balances and inversions, as well as adding an upbeat energy to all of her classes. Her focus in each class is to help you overcome your fears, find inner focus and to let go of what no longer serves you both on and off the mat. Her main goal is to make you sweat and to leave her class with a smile.
Jessica is a Washington DC native, but her adventurous spirit brought her out west to experience the majesty of the left coast lifestyle. She loves spending time exploring outdoors, hiking, snowboarding, backpacking, going to concerts, traveling, and cooking meals for friends and family. Jessica’s biggest dreams are to one day unite the world through fitness and yoga, and to visit and experience all 196 countries in the world.
