Madeleine Jones


Madeleine’s practice began in 2009 after a running injury made many traditional forms of exercise impossible. She fell in love with the intrapersonal challenge yoga has to offer; both physical and mental. Over time, her practice strengthened in an effort to combat the inevitable pains caused by a 40hr/week desk job. In this pursuit, she was wildly successful and was inspired to share the practice with as many people as possible. Her classes are taught in a powerful Vinyasa style and are designed to build strength while focusing on alignment and breath.
