October Sweat30!

Fall is here! While we love any excuse to curl up in snuggly layers and binge on Netflix, we know it’s so important to stay active as the temps drop.

Are you ready to FALL in to sweat with us? While we don’t want you to actually fall into a puddle of sweat or anything, we hope we can motivate each other to keep moving and grooving, and sweating even as the weather and leaves start to turn.

There’s no time like the present to kickstart some new fitness routines that will take us through the winter and keep us feeling our best when the sun finally emerges. So, we challenge YOU to SWEAT with us all October long.

Throughout the month of October, come get your yoga on as much as you can! Not only do you get to play with fun stickers, hang with awesome sweaty people, and get fit for fall…there are also PRIZES. Yoga, swag, gift cards and more are coming your way as you rack up the stickers on the challenge board!

Nicci Randall

Nicci city-hopped until she landed in Portland, practicing yoga all along the way since 2007. She completed her 200 hr teacher training with YogaWorks in 2015, under Dani Ibarra and Risa Albertson. She teaches to challenge and inspire, with a well sequenced Vinyasa practice and a love for core and arm balances!
