Weekly Updates 5/22 – 5/29: You are family.

This community is our family. We share space, support one another, and hold up to our responsibilities of being honest and positive. And there really is nothing more bonding that getting so sweaty together, is there? Thank YOU for being part of our sweaty family – we couldn’t do it without you!

This week was all about the shoulder strengthening, back-bending, and core work (duh). Throw some puppy-love into the mix and it’s a true day at Flex & Flow.

As always, you challenged yourself to work hard while honoring where your body is at the moment. We love watching you all step onto the mat and come “home” to your practice.

Saturday Miles.
Our run chats can range from topics of making ice cream to new running shoes. The chats are endless and make the miles fly by. There really is no better way to get 6+ miles in than with our friends!

This Saturday, we’re back on the road for up to 6 miles on The Bluffs before The Saturday Sweat. Meet us at Flex & Flow at 7 AM. Make sure to join the Flex & Flow Runners Facebook group for any updates and more run dates!

Saturday Sweat 

THIS Saturday, June 2, the SaturdaySweat is back for a special pop-up edition. Bring your tennis shoes and energy to this 45-minute bootcamp session where we’ll pick up the pace, strengthen our muscles, and get after it!

Sweat lovers: meet us at Flex & Flow at 8:15 AM for a special RISE Brewing Co cold brew coffee tasting before we get our sweat on! This sweat session is included in your regular class pass/membership or it’s just a $5 drop-in.

June 30-Day Yoga Challenge

Starting THIS Friday, June 1, let’s commit to getting on the mat as much we can for 30 days. We can’t wait to join you for this month of practice, growth, and also, prizes. That’s right. All the prizes. We’re talking free yoga classes at Flex & Flow, tickets to Wanderlust 108Athleta gift cards, prAna yoga gear, a case of RISE Brewing Co cold brew coffee, and more!

Nicci Randall

Nicci city-hopped until she landed in Portland, practicing yoga all along the way since 2007. She completed her 200 hr teacher training with YogaWorks in 2015, under Dani Ibarra and Risa Albertson. She teaches to challenge and inspire, with a well sequenced Vinyasa practice and a love for core and arm balances!
