Yoga FTW!

June 26 – July 2

It’s July which means long, hot days, and summer adventures are here to stay. At Flex & Flow, we’re celebrating the sun with all the sweaty yoga and running.

This week, we opened our hips and our hearts (all the backbends, y’all) to energize ourselves and prepare ourselves for summer fun, and closed out the Sweat30 challenge! Y’all went through more stickers than ever before – which means you practiced SO much this month. Way to get after it!

Yoga FTWWe couldn’t imagine our lives without getting on the mat with all of you every day. The practice, the community, and the yoga-high make every day amazing.

This week was all about stretching out tight muscles while we worked on strengthening our practice. From backbends to Alissa’s Powerful Hips workshop, y’all worked hard on the yoga mat to find that balance of strength and ease. Thinking back, how did it all feel?! What will you take from it for the week to come?


The Sweat30 challenge has come to a very sweaty end. With all the yoga, stickers, sweaty hugs and high fives, we couldn’t have dreamed of a better way to spend June with all of you!

Our grand prize winner is Missa with 31 classes. WAY TO GO, MISSA! And a HUGE congrats to our runner-up winners Carolina, Kelly C., and Tricia! We will email you with your prize details!

4th of July Schedule 
We believe that yoga is the best sweaty start to a holiday, and that’s why we’re offering two classes on July 4th:

  • 8:15 AM Vinyasa (60 minutes) with Nic
  • 9:30 AM Power Vinyasa (75 minutes) with Jamie

The rest of our schedule this week is completely normal – so get on the mat with us this holiday week!

Red, White, & HIIT 

July is officially Red, White & HIIT month at Flex & Flow and all HIIT & Flow classes are FREE. That’s right; we’re saying ‘Yes!’ to challenging workouts, to pushing ourselves to our edge, and to getting stronger amongst all the summer play time. We’re giving our bodies the power and the freedom (ahem, Independence Day) to move all month long and beyond – won’t you join us?

Give yourself the Freedom to Move, and hop into any and every HIIT & Flow class you can with us this month. And as a little bonus, when you come to a HIIT & Flow class, you’ll automatically be entered into a drawing to win some amazing prizes.

  • Mondays and Fridays at 7:30 AM

  • Wednesdays at 6:45 PM

  • Thursdays at 5:30 PM

  • Sundays at 7:00 AM

Coming Up


Nicci Randall

Nicci city-hopped until she landed in Portland, practicing yoga all along the way since 2007. She completed her 200 hr teacher training with YogaWorks in 2015, under Dani Ibarra and Risa Albertson. She teaches to challenge and inspire, with a well sequenced Vinyasa practice and a love for core and arm balances!
